We're obsessed with quality and making sure you love your Wityful product. Because every item is custom-made just for you, our return policy is a bit different from a typical store. Please read it carefully.

Our Promise: The "Make It Right" Guarantee

While custom products are generally non-refundable, we stand behind our work. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, we will replace it or offer a full refund, no questions asked:

  • The item has a clear manufacturing defect (e.g., cracks, peeling).
  • The item was damaged during shipping.
  • We made a mistake on the custom text (different from what you ordered).

Eligibility for a Return or Replacement

To be eligible for our "Make It Right" Guarantee, you must:

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number and a clear photo or video showing the issue.
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please send your request to support@wityful.com, and our team will get back to you within 1-2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Because each product is personalized, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • "Change of mind" or you no longer want the item.
  • Spelling errors or typos made by you during the ordering process. Please double-check your custom text before checkout!
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If a refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
