We know you're excited to get your custom gear. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get it from our workshop to your driveway.

Order Processing & Production Time

This is the time it takes for us to work our magic and create your custom WityFrame™. All orders are made-to-order.

  • Standard Production Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to customize and prepare your order for shipment.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several options to fit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives in 4-7 business days after production.
  • Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives in 2-3 business days after production.

*Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes.*

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Area

Currently, Wityful ships to addresses within the **United States**. We are not offering international shipping at this time but plan to in the future!

Damages

Wityful is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to help. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and contact us at support@wityful.com so we can assist.
